The aim of these awards are to encourage and give civic recognition for voluntary service to the community, to groups, or to an individual. The coaching team were nominated by a Youth Section parent and were successful in being awarded this achievement.

On behalf of the Youth Section coaching team, Martin Talbot, Kathy Carrick, Jo Gillett, Mark Plowright and David Reddington collected the award at the ceremony.

Our Youth Section runs by volunteers giving up their time and it was great to see the whole of the team getting both nominated and receiving this award.
